Feeling lower back pain today due to a longer work day yesterday? I will learn your needs and customize each practice accordingly. My experience ranges from more gentle practices such as yin yoga to high intensity interval training. I can customize each sequence based on your experience, goals, and how energetic you are feeling from session to session.
Why get in the car and travel to the studio? If you are within a 45-minute commute from Haiku, you can relax at home while I make the trip to your space for practice. If you are more remote, I charge just $10 for every extra 15 minutes of travel time.
Not interested in practicing at home? We can also meet at a beach, park, or in my beautiful Haiku home.

I believe that yoga and fitness should be fun! My private and small group classes pull from my experience teaching gentle prenatal and yin practices, more active vinyasa and hot yoga, and energetic barre and fitness classes. My classes are well rounded and intentional to meet my students' wellness goals.
As I get to know my students, I like to surprise them with new takes on traditional poses, helping them to experience the shapes with a curious beginner's mind. I challenge my students to grow in their practice while encouraging them to listen to and appreciate their bodies.
My students report feeling both challenged and cared-for during class. And the savasana at the end, complete with hands on adjustments and optional Reiki, is pure bliss! The rest of their day is brighter because they spent this time on themselves.

You will leave armed with your professional certification, in-depth understanding of the training materials, playlist ideas, and resources to grow your practice.

This fitness modality using a ballet barre continues to grow in popularity and is especially beneficial to prenatal students. Learn the starting positions, choreography, and teaching with your playlist. Barre is a lower-impact fitness modality and can inform other strengthening /offerings as well.
Reiki energy healing can be combined with any yoga or fitness modality to promote relaxation and healing. I like to amp up my savasana hands-on adjustments with Reiki energy, and my students love the extra peace they experience. I offer certification on all three levels of Reiki energy healing, including mastery.
